WETHERSFIELD – While the Department of Motor Vehicles works to repair damage from a water leak, the building will be open for limited service.
DMV Spokesperson Bill Seymour said customers could still get knowledge and road tests, but inspection services would be closed to the public. Administrative hearings will be held at the branch office as scheduled.
A water leak damaged electrical circuits according to the DMV.
Seymour said customers needing in-person license or registration services can visit the Enfield and New Britain branch offices. AAA offices, which can be located at ct.gov/dmv/offices, also do license and identification card renewals and replacements.
