FOX CT News has an exciting announcement.
Meteorologist Rachel Frank announced on her blog that she is returning to FOX CT.
“Starting on Monday you can watch me on FOX CT on the News at 4, 5, 10 and 11 p.m. newscasts,” Rachel writes.
