EAST HARTFORD–Police are investigating a fatal stabbing at an inn in East Hartford.
The stabbing occurred at the Madison Motor Inn, located at 393 Main St. in East Hartford. The stabbing occurred before noon.
Police have secured the scene and are collecting evidence and investigating, but say that this was an isolated incident and there is no threat to the public.
Detectives are not yet releasing information about what led to the stabbing or who was killed.
