WEST HARTFORD–A student at Hall High School was arrested last week for threatening a student.
Police say that on December 22, around 1:10 p.m. Austin Kerr, 18, of West Hartford, got in an argument with another juvenile student and threatened to shoot her. When a teacher tried to intervene in the argument, Kerr told her he’d “mess up” anyone who tried to stop him.
Kerr was arrested and charged with breach of peace in the second degree, threatening in the first degree, threatening in the second degree, possession of less than 1/2 ounce of marijuana and risk of injury/impairing morals of a minor.
Bond was set at $50,000.
