HAMDEN — Students at Hamden High School were dismissed at noon Monday following a threat, according to the superintendents office.
Around 10:15 a.m. Monday, Hamden Police were called following a bomb threat.
The school was evacuated and students were taken to the athletic field before the school decided to dismiss.
Two bomb-sniffing canines from the New Haven Police Department are assisting in the investigation, police said.
