HARTFORD – On Thursday, police conducted an undercover drug operation along the lower Park Street corridor. The sweep was initiated due to a number of ongoing complaints of street-level drug dealing.
Arrested were:

Charged with third-degree criminal trespass, interfering with police and a PRAWN warrant served
2) Martin Bonner 47, of Hartford
Charged with loitering
3) Oscar Ortiz, 60, of Hartford
Charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license
4) Carlos Muniz, 46, of Hartford
Charged with first-degree criminal trespass and possession of narcotics
5) Jaimee Hayduski, 24, of Newington
Charged with possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics near a school
6) Susan Sterlein, 52, of Newington
Charged with possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics near a school
7) Keith Huppe, 22, of South Windsor
Charged with conspiracy and possession of narcotics
8) Katherine P. Frangione, 31, of South Windsor
Charged with second-degree criminal trespass and possession of narcotics
10) Jeremy Rodriguez, 18, of Hartford
Charged with possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, prescribed narcotic not in the original container, possession with intent to sell, possession with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school and two PRAWN warrants served
11) Daniel Adams, 36, of Meriden
Charged with possession of narcotics, prescribed narcotic not in the original container, operating a motor vehicle under a suspended license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper marker, and failure to carry registration
12) Jose Cortez, 31, of Hartford
Charged with sale of narcotics, sale of narcotics near a school, possession of narcotics, and operating a motor vehicle under a suspended license
13) Javier Rodriguez, 50, of Hartford
Charged with possession of narcotics
14) Luis Cancel, 46, of Hartford
Charged with loitering and possession of narcotics
15) Edwin Diaz, 46, of Hartford
Charged with third-degree criminal trespass
16) Gilbert Sanchez, 41, of Hartford
Charged with third-degree criminal trespass
Also seized were 53 bags of heroin, 20 grams of crack cocaine, 17 bags of marijuana and various prescription pills, all valued at $470.
