HARTFORD — The suspect in a weekend shooting is being charged with attempted murder after shooting and critically injuring a Windsor man.
Deshawn Walton, 20, was arrested Thursday by Shooting Task Force Investigators. At a court appearance in Superior Court in Hartford, a judge set his bond at $2 million.
Walton is charged with attempted murder, first-degree assault, criminal possession of a pistol and possession of a pistol without a permit.
Walton’s next court date is scheduled for August 12.
