NEWTOWN — Police have confirmed one person is dead after a crash early Friday.
All lanes on I-84 eastbound between exits 10 and 11 were closed for hours, but have since reopened.
Police say a tractor-trailer hit another tractor-trailer this morning around 4:30 a.m.
Traffic was being rerouted to Route 34, and police are directing cars back on to I-84E at exit 11.
