HARTFORD — A Hartford man is dead after his motorcycle crashed on East Elliot Street and Locust Street Saturday evening.
Police said that two people were on the motorcycle at the time of the crash. The driver was killed and the passenger suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The deceased man was identified Sunday as Pedro Torres, 21 of Hartford.
The motorcycle that Torres was driving was listed as stolen from West Hartford.
