NORWICH–Police are investigating a fire that broke out in an apartment building in Norwich Monday night.
The first was contained to a single apartment at the Blackstone Apartments on Washington Street.
A single victim was taken to the hospital with serious burn injuries.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
