PLAINFIELD — Police arrested four people and seized over 200 bags of heroin in addition to other drugs, Wednesday night.
Police arrested Travis Golden. 34, of Moosup, Kimberly L. Johnson, 36, of Moosup, Michael Fisher, 22, of Danielson, Kara Racine, 22, of Danielson, were all charged with possession, intent to sell and other narcotics charges.
Plainfield and Putnam made the arrests at 14 Church Street in the Moosup section of Plainfield. They seized over 200 bags of heroin, as well as small amounts of crack cocaine and marijuana and drug paraphernalia from the apartment. The apartment is located across the street from an elementary school.
Golden is being held on $50,000 bond. Johnson, Racine and Fisher are being held on $25,000 bond. All are scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
At least eight people have died from heroin related causes in Plainfield in the last year and half.
