PLAINVILLE–A man has been arrested for acting in a sexually inappropriate manner in front of his window.
David J. Marsh, 54, was charged with public indecency and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 6.
The incident occurred on June 15. Police say Marsh was naked in front of his apartment window, and was acting in a sexual manner so that people outside could see him. His apartment is directly across from the Plainville High School, and the incident occurred at the same time that shcool was being dismissed.
Teachers from the school recorded the incident on video and reported it to the school administration. Administrators then called police.
