EAST HARTFORD – A man was arrested on murder charges Monday after the death of a victim of an assault earlier in the month.
Police said Anthony Henry, 24 of East Hartford, and Robert Boulay, 58 of East Hartford started arguing on August 3 in front of the Walgreens at 20 Connecticut Boulevard in East Hartford. Police said then Henry punched, kicked and stomped Boulay in the head between 15 and 20 times. Police arrested Henry and charged him with assault and breach of peace.
Boulay was taken to the hospital and died on August 8.
On Monday, Henry was arrested and charged with murder in the first degree.
