CORNWALL — Firefighters battled a fully involved house fire on Cream Hill Road in Cornwall early Tuesday morning.
The fire was reported to police by a passerby shortly before 4:30 a.m.
Litchfield County Dispatch said Falls Village, Goshen, North Canaan, Sharon, Lakeville, Norfolk, Warren, and Kent were called in for mutual aid. No injuries were reported. The porch had damage, but the main structure of the house was not damaged.
The fire was put out by 7 a.m., fire officials said.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
