**URGENT**
The Windsor Police Department is currently experiencing a telephone system problem which has rendered our normal routine telephone lines to be inactive. Citizens calling our normal routine number, 860-688-5273 are receiving a recording that tells them that the number is no longer valid. Our telephone carrier is working on this problem and we hope to have it resolved in the next 24 hours. This does NOT affect the emergency 9-1-1 lines which are working without fail.
Citizens who are in need of routine police service are asked to use the following three telephone numbers which will connect them to our Public Safety Dispatchers;
