COLOMBUS, Ohio–Time flies when you’re growing up!
Okay, that’s not how the saying goes, but a heartwarming time-lapse video released by the Colombus Zoo shows the sentiment.
In the video we follow the first three months of Nora’s life, before she was even named! Nora is a polar bear that was born at the zoo on November 6, and last Friday she finally got her name after a naming contest. More than 88,000 voted for Nora’s name, which blends her parents names’: Nanuq and Aurora.
Nora started out weighing about 1.5 pounds, but she has grown to about 15 pounds.
To find out more about Nora you can head to the zoo’s Facebook page or the zoo’s website.
