UNCASVILLE, Conn. — Mohegan Sun in Connecticut has announced an exciting partnership with A.T.Y Hospitality, introducing Sift Bake Shop and A.T.Y Bar & Bonbons in spring 2025.
The new locations will be at the Winter Entrance, expanding the popular family-owned French-inspired bakery brand’s presence in New England.
Sift Bake Shop, founded by Pastry Chef Adam Young, has earned a reputation for its scratch-made signature desserts, artisanal breads, pastries and macarons. Each item is crafted daily in-house using the freshest ingredients, blending modern techniques with classic pastry traditions.
The Mohegan Sun location will mark Sift's fourth New England establishment, joining locations in Mystic, Watch Hill, and Niantic.
Alongside the bakery, A.T.Y Bar & Bonbons will debut, offering a refined experience with a selection of signature cocktails and hand-crafted bonbons. Presented by Grey Goose®, the boutique cocktail bar emphasizes high-quality ingredients and an elegant atmosphere.

With the Mohegan Sun debut, A.T.Y Hospitality is poised to bring its signature "achievable luxury" to even more guests in 2025.
