WILLINGTON, Conn. — Connecticut State police said a man was killed in a crash on Sunday in Willington after the car he was driving struck a tree.
Paul Butcher, 80, of the Taftville section of Norwich, died from his injuries.
Police said Butcher was traveling west on Turnpike Road near Moose Meadow Road when the car went off the road and struck a tree. He was taken to Rockville Hospital when he was pronounced dead.
