ELLINGTON, Conn. — A Connecticut business known for producing custom barns, garages and pavilions has partnered with a Hollywood actor known for playing rugged and layered characters on the big screen.
The Barn Yard in Ellington has created a strategic partnership with Cole Hauser, an actor most recognized for his role as “Rip” the ranch manager on “Yellowstone,” a popular Paramount+ drama series.
To ensure enduring quality and customer satisfaction, The Barn Yard couples traditional techniques with modern designs to develop structures that will stand the test of time.
As part of the newly formed partnership, Hauser will use his platform to promote the company’s signature product – custom-built timber frame barns. He will appear in a series of campaigns highlighting the products’ versatility, durability and appeal.
In a release, The Barn Yard says that both Hauser and the business value tradition and modern excellence.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Cole to The Barn Yard family, and we couldn’t imagine a better fit for our brand,” Everett Skinner, CEO of The Barn Yard said. “As fans of ‘Yellowstone,’ we knew that Cole would be well-suited for The Barn Yard, but he’s such a down-to-earth guy, we’ve also become good friends, making this partnership all the more special.”
Stacking up credit after credit over a career that’s lasted more than three decades, Hauser has established himself as one of the industry’s grittiest actors. Known for playing tough guys in hit movies such as 1993’s “Dazed and Confused,” 1997’s “Good Will Hunting” and 2003’s “2 Fast 2 Furious,” he became a star long before partnering with Kevin Costner on “Yellowstone.”
Hauser has shined playing multi-layered characters in a range of movies, from action-packed thrillers to emotionally driven dramas. His performance as the tough, intense Rip Wheeler in the “Yellowstone” series cemented him as one of the most popular television actors of this era.
His demeanor and perspective align perfectly with The Barn Yard’s values. Since 1984, the Ellington business has come through for countless customers. Those affiliated with The Barn Yard are happy to have Hauser on their team to elevate the brand even further.
“Cole’s natural authenticity and deep appreciation for the good things in life align perfectly with our mission to create structures and spaces that are as beautiful as they are functional,” said Chris Skinner. “It’s already truly an amazing partnership that is taking The Barn Yard to a whole new level, and we already have plans for growing this truly fulfilling collaboration.”
