WATERBURY, Connecticut — The Waterbury New Year’s Day Fireworks were postponed from New Year's Day due to the inclement weather, but the display went off at 6 p.m. on Saturday.
The fireworks show was sponsored by Post University, launched from the Holy Land park, making the display visible to most of the city and enabling social distancing.
