WINDSOR LOCKS, Conn. — Officials are investigating a fire at Windsor Locks condominium complex.
The fire at 94 Woodcock Court was reported at 2:49 p.m. Sunday.
It was controlled quickly, but Windsor Locks Police said that the state Medical Examiner was called to the scene.
Officials reported that 76-year-old David Lingua was found deceased on the outside porch area suffering from burn injuries.
The state's ME will conduct an autopsy Monday to determine cause of death.
According to Windsor Locks PD say there is nothing that suggests foul play at this time, however results are forthcoming from the medical examiner's office.
The State Fire Marshal also responded to the scene at the condo complex.
The case remains open.
