HARTFORD, Conn. — Someone in Connecticut is officially "Lucky for Life" after winning $25,000 a year for life in Friday's drawing.
The numbers to match in Friday's Lucky for Life Drawing are 17-31-33-38-46 and the Lucky Ball 17.
One ticket sold in Connecticut matched all five numbers, winning $25,000 a year for life.
Another ticket matched four numbers and the Lucky Ball, winning $5,000.
A total of 5,322 winning Lucky for Life tickets were sold in Connecticut for Friday's drawing.
The $25,000 prize winner can choose to get the annuity for a minimum of 20 years or take the $390,000 (before taxes) lump sum cash option.
Drawings are nightly for the 22 states, as well as Washington D.C., that participate in Lucky for Life.
