HARTFORD, Conn. — A Mega Millions ticket sold in Connecticut won $10,000 in Friday night's drawing, according to CT Lottery.
The numbers to match are 8-17-40-60-70 and the Mega Ball 3.
One ticket sold in Connecticut matched four numbers and the Mega Ball, winning $10,000. Had the player opted to play with Megaplier, the prize would have doubled to $20,000.
Seven tickets sold in Connecticut matched just four numbers and not the Mega Ball, winning prizes valued at $500 or $1,000.
A total of 9,013 winning Mega Millions tickets were sold for Friday's drawing.
A ticket sold in Michigan won $1 million for matching all five numbers. No one won the $393 million jackpot prize.
The next drawing is on Tuesday, May 21, and the jackpot rises to an estimated $421 million.
