Quinnipiac University will be cheering on its hockey team in the Frozen Four Thursday night at several watch parties planned around Connecticut and the continental U.S.
Alumni, parents, and supporters of the Quinnipiac Bobcats have several places to choose from to celebrate in the Nutmeg State and beyond.
Bobcats will take on Michigan in the semifinal game. The puck drops at 8:30 p.m., but many of these parties start earlier in the evening.
In Connecticut, there are several spots to watch the game:
- Eli's on Whitney in Hamden, starting at 8 p.m.
- Stony Creek Brewery in Branford, starting 8 p.m.
- Back 9 Social in Wallingford, starting 8 p.m.
- Town Parlor Pizza & Pints in Stamford
There are also watch parties happening across the region and around the country to cheer on the Bobcats.
- Legends at 6 West 33rd Street in New York City, starting 8 p.m.
- blu alehouse in Woodbridge, New Jersey
- The sporting Club Omni Boston Hotel at The Seaport in Boston, Mass.
- Zipps Sports Grill McClintock in Tempe, Arizona, starting 5:30 p.m. Mountain Time
- B.D. Riley's Irish Pub at Mueller in Austin, Texas, starting 7 p.m. Central Time
