The team at the dockside brewery loves beer.
“They spend a lot of time curating beer back there, coming up with new, trendy, state of the art technology behind their beer,” says manager, Tom Hanley.
Since opening in March the waterfront spot in Milford has fought through the pandemic to share that passion with the public with a socially-distanced bar and dining room.
“We want them to try new things, we offer flights so you can have four different samples, four different beers at one time in small amounts obviously,” says Hanley.
Dockside is also welcoming reservations for nearly a dozen outdoor igloos that seat four. Each has a theme that tangle from the jungle to aliens and pirates.
“It is meant to be casual, it is meant to be fun, It is meant to be late, we want people taking their phones out to take pictures,” says Chaz Tanase who came up with the themes with the marketing company, GoNation.
The igloos have been a hit with visitors looking to stay safe and essential for a business looking to stay afloat.
“Survival, at this point you know with the pandemic, we have been doing nothing but adapting through the entire thing.”
