Parts of Connecticut see snow coating Tuesday

Viewers from multiple towns shared glimpses of the snow Tuesday.

CONNECTICUT, USA — As parts of Connecticut experienced snowfall Tuesday, viewers shared glimpses of the weather from multiple towns.

According to the FOX61 weather team, snow showers have left a coating in some towns, with most lingering showers expected to have stopped by 8 p.m. Residents should be careful of slippery road conditions Tuesday evening.

Parts of Connecticut could see snow and rain from Wednesday night lingering into Thursday morning with a possible additional coat of snow during the day for parts of Connecticut. The northwest and northeast hills will see the most accumulation. The full forecast can be found here.
