    HARTFORD — A Hartford charter school teacher is facing several charges related to the alleged sexual assault a student. Hartford and Bloomfield Police Departments began parallel investigations back in September after learning that a Hartford teacher was having sex with a 16 year-old student while in Bloomfield.     HARTFORD — Police say a man has died in Hartford’s 15th fatal crash of 2019. 66-year-old Daniel DeJoseph was struck by a vehicle while walking westbound across Franklin Avenue on November 30. Police responded to the area of Franklin Avenue amd Bushnell Street at approximately 4:15 p.m. to find DeJoseph down, laying injured in the road.     HARTFORD — The Connecticut DPH warns people of an FDA recall for frozen wild-caught yellowfin tuna medallions. The tuna was imported from Vietnam and distributed by an Rhode Island supplier. Officials say the fish has tested positive for high levels of histamine associated with Scombroid poisoning. According to DPH, two Connecticut cases have resulted from this recalled product.     NEW BRITAIN — Police say they made an arrest in a shooting near Grand and Prospect Street a few weeks ago. New Britain Police identified 26-year-old Miguel O’Neil, of Bristol as the shooter in an incident on November 13.
