    It’s been two days since the tragic, deadly shooting in Oxford. And now, the community is rallying around and remembering both the Jackson and Gellatly families. Just after 5:30 Wednesday morning, Scott Gellatly, 46, allegedly broke into his in-laws’ home and shot both his estranged wife, Lori Gellatly, 32, and his mother in law, Merry Jackson, 63.     More than a dozen tenants are displaced after a major fire broke out Saturday in the Burr Meadow Condos on Misty Meadow Lane in South Windsor. The fire started at approximately 6 a.m.  Tenants described frightening moments: the sound of an explosion, the roof collapsing, flames inside of walls.
