    NEW HAVEN — Officials say they responded to a small chemical spill at the Common Ground High School in New Haven. The school specializes in urban farming and environmental sciences.     MERIDEN — State Police say they arrested, and charged Angel Castro after an immigration protest in Meriden. State Police say that Castro had physically assaulted two judicial marshals while they were trying to disperse the crowd protesting at Meriden Superior Court.     BRIDGEPORT — Bridgeport Police say a man charged with a murder fled to Ohio. Police say on December 8th, Emily Todd was shot and killed on Seaview Avenue, next to the Newfield Avenue boat ramp.     HARTFORD — Police said a 19-year-old from Springfield, Massachusetts was arrested following an armed robbery Thursday night. Police said they were called to a store at Westland and Martin streets in Hartford. When they arrived, they found the suspect, Noah Ryan, still in the store. He was physically fighting with the store clerk, and bleeding heavily from the head.     LEBANON — State Police say 22-year-old Michael Anselmo was killed after a rollover crash in Lebanon. Police say that around 11:40 p.m. Thursday, Anselmo was driving south on Clubhouse Road.
