    OXFORD, Conn. — The man who is suspected of killing his estranged wife in Oxford on Wednesday morning had been ordered to stay away from her, court records show. Scott Gellatly, 46, allegedly shot Lori Gellatly, 32, and her mother Merry Jackson after forcing his way into their home at 43 Sioux Drive around 5:30 a.m. Wednesday, police said.     Today will be the second time the public gets a look at Scott Gellatly as he could enter a plea when his case is transferred to Milford Superior Court.
