    HARTFORD — Fifteen handicap parking place cards were seized by Hartford police last Saturday at the Xfinity Theatre. Hartford police said that the concert-goers were using the tags to park closer to the venue and so that they would not have to pay for parking.     HAMDEN — A New Haven man is in police custody after he allegedly threaten three juveniles with a knife of a bus Friday night. He is also accused of showing them his buttocks.     BANTAM — A man drowned in Bantam Lake Sunday afternoon. Emergency personnel responded to Bantam Lake on calls of a possible drowning near the area of Point Folly. Officials said that swimmer had gone under the water and did not surface. The man was later found by the Goshen Dive Team about 50 yards from shore.   • Easton man dead after falling into Norwalk River

    NORWALK — Police say 62-year-old Jozef Gorski from Easton is dead after falling into the Norwalk River Sunday night. According to police, they were called to 1 Selleck Street just before 9:30 p.m. after a report of a man falling into the river and not surfacing. First responders began searching for Gorski.     FAIRFIELD — A man died Sunday after a tree struck his car following a strong storm. Fairfield Police Department said in their Facebook post that the incident happened on Sturges Highway.     WESTPORT — For the second day in a row, a tree has fallen onto a house in Westport as a result of severe thunderstorms. Firefighters said that they responded to over 80 calls for service Sunday. The calls varied from trees resting on power lines to carbon monoxide calls. Westport Fire Department released a picture of a large tree that had fallen on to a house.   • Former UConn Husky Kemba Walker agrees to 4-year deal with Boston Celtics

    BOSTON — Former UConn Husky  Kemba Walker is making his return to the northeast. Walker agreed Sunday to a four year $141 million deal with the Boston Celtics. According to ESPN, the Celtics have been eying Walker as replacement for the departing superstar Kyrie Irving.   • Person seriously injured in East Haven motorcycle crash

    EAST HAVEN — A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries from a crash Sunday afternoon. Police said that they responded to Russo Avenue between Strong and John Street on calls of a crash. The motorcyclist was taken to Yale New Haven possible for their serious injuries. Police said that his exact condition and injuries are unknown at the time of this article. The South Central Traffic Unit are investigating.

    HARTFORD — One person was shot in the area of Sisson Avenue in the early morning Sunday. Police said that the victim is in critical but stable condition.
