    WATERBURY — Police have arrested a person in connection to a massive fire that destroyed an abandoned warehouse in Waterbury on New Year’s Eve.     HARTFORD — According to the Connecticut Department of Public Health, radon in homes is the leading cause of lung cancer for non-smokers.
