WEST HARTFORD – Elizabeth Park was busy today as people enjoyed the 60 degree weather before the clouds move in tomorrow and heavy rain expected Friday into Saturday. The CT Rose Society and volunteers were out pruning the roses at Elizabeth Park in West Hartford. Preparing them for June when bushes should be full and blooms a plenty.
