ENFIELD – Three law enforcement agencies were involved with an operation that caused lanes on I-91 Northbound to be closed Wednesday afternoon. The highway was closed between Exits 48 and 49. The lanes have reopened. Enfield police, State police, officers from the ATF and police from Burlington Vermont were also involved. Officials did not release any information on the incident.
