MANCHESTER, Conn. — Manchester Animal Control is seeking information regarding two dogs found tied to the pole of a basketball hoop on a rainy Saturday morning.
The dogs were found at the basketball court on Cottage Street, with leashes tied to a pole.
Officials believe the dogs were abandoned and are trying to figure out who may own them or have left them. It's not clear how long the dogs have been left outside and tied up.
