Hartford shooting leaves 2 with non-life-threatening injuries

A non-fatal shooting happened on Addison Street in Hartford early Sunday morning.

HARTFORD, Conn. — A shooting in Hartford early Sunday left two men with non-life-threatening injuries, following a separate shooting in the city reported minutes apart.

Around 2 a.m., Hartford Police responded to a ShotSpotter notification at 22 Addison Street.

Upon arrival, police found two men in their 30s suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were alert and conscious on scene.

The two were taken to a nearby hospital, according to police.

The Hartford Police Major Crimes and Crime Scene Divisions are currently investigating the situation.

A separate non-fatal shooting at 1:50 a.m. Sunday was reported by Windsor Street by Boce Barlow Way in Hartford, leaving one man with non-life-threatening injuries.
