In the weeks leading up to the arrest, police said members of the Bristol Police Department Narcotic Enforcement Team received multiple complaints from community members that Concepcion was selling drugs out of the residence on Mercier Avenue.

The Narcotic Enforcement Team began investigating and determined Concepcion was selling illegal narcotics out of the location, according to police, who said the team obtained two arrest warrants for the illegal sale of narcotics and a search warrant for the Mercier Avenue property.

Police said that, on Thursday, the team and the Bristol Patrol Division executed a search and seizure warrant at the location and arrested Concepcion while finding evidence of a drug factory there, including illegal narcotics and a firearm.
