No injuries were reported to any of the 12 people inside the house.

HARTFORD, Conn. — A car drove into a house in Hartford Sunday morning, sending the driver to the hospital, district chief for the city's fire department Mario Oquendo Jr. said.

Firefighters arrived at a house on White Street just before 5 a.m. for a report of a crash and found a car that had crashed into the building. The crash destroyed the front porch and caused damage to the main structure of the building, Oquendo said.

A female driver involved in the crash was taken to the hospital, and her condition is unknown at this time, according to Oquendo.
