MANCHESTER, Conn. — A person was threatened with a gun inside a Manchester home, leading to a police response Sunday morning involving an armored car, the town's police department said.
Police said they arrived at a residence on Seaman Circle after officers were told by a person inside the home that someone had threatened him with a gun.
The person who was allegedly threatened made the call to officers outside the house, according to police.
Due to the threat of the gun, police said they responded with an armored car and had the house evacuated.
One person was arrested on an outstanding warrant, and that there are no gun charges at this time. The incident is still under investigation, police said.
Police had Bunce Drive and Seaman Circle closed as of 6 a.m. for the investigation, but it appeared to be reopen by 7 a.m.
