The suspect, who is believed to have been involved in both armed robberies, never displayed a weapon but a gun was reportedly seen in his waistband.

MANCHESTER, Conn. — Officers are investigating after two gas stations were hit with armed robberies early Monday that are believed to be connected, Manchester police said.

The clerk told officers that a white male suspect in his 40s, wearing all-black clothing with blue sneakers, demanded money from the register while implying he was armed with a gun, police said.
