“A Middletown police K9 was used for evidence recovery and alerted to a Smith & Wesson .40 caliber handgun in the rear of 51 Broad St. where Robertson was seen fleeing from the police,” Middletown police said in a statement on Thursday.
Officers and detectives confirmed that Robertson and the occupants of the blue SUV were shooting at each other and said that Robertson was subsequently arrested and held on a $1,000,000 surety bond.
