OLD SAYBROOK, Conn. — The names of the two missing men whose bodies were recovered from the Connecticut River and Long Island Sound area in Old Saybrook on Friday have been released by the state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.
DEEP identified the men who were killed in Monday’s boat crash as Ian Duchemin, 25, of Oakdale, and Ryan Britagna, 24, of Waterford. Thirty-four-year-old Chris Hallahan, of Westbrook, also died in the crash and was previously identified.
