NEW HAVEN, Conn. — A toddler who has been missing from Arizona since early December may be in New Haven, officials said.
Police said 2-year-old Madison Taylor Clince has been missing since Dec. 6. She's Black and has black hair and brown eyes. Clince's ears are pierced and she has a green-colored birthmark on her lower back or upper buttocks.
Clince was originally reported missing out of Scottsdale, Arizona, just outside of Pheonix and now officials believe she may be in the New Haven area, although a specific neighborhood isn't known at this time.
Officials said there is an active court order to take custody of Clince if she is found.
