WATERBURY, Conn. — A fourth suspect connected to the shooting death of a Waterbury man in front of the local courthouse has been arrested.
Police and U.S. Marshals arrested Tory Keith, 34, in his Meriden home on Wednesday in connection to the death of Jarron Chapman 26.
Keith was charged with murder and conspiracy to commit murder. He was held on a $5 million bond and is scheduled to appear in court Thursday. He also faces several unrelated failure-to-appear charges, police said.
Keith is among three others accused of shooting and killing Chapman on March 21, as he was leaving the courthouse after attending court proceedings.
Others previously arrested in this case include Dante Howell and Deera Nelson, both of Meriden, and Nicholas Chiapponi of Glastonbury.
Police do not expect any more arrests in the case at this time.
