NEWTOWN, Conn. — One person died and two were injured after a late morning two-car crash in Newtown near Berkshire Road and Nighthawk Lane.
Newtown Police, Newtown Ambulance, and Sandy Hook Fire Department responded to the scene. Three people were taken to a local hospital where one was later pronounced dead.
The crash is currently under investigation.
