Responders conducted a grid search of the water area. The tides were low at the time of the investigation, and officials said something would have been found if it was put there.

Police located a woman and she was taken to the hospital for evaluation. Police also spoke to the father of her children, confirming they are all fine. It was also pointed out that the woman would not have access to small children, police said.

The incident has been cleared, officials said.
