WOODSTOCK, Conn. — A Massachusetts man has been identified as the victim of a fatal collision that took place along Route 198 in Woodstock on Wednesday, Oct. 30, according to a release from Connecticut State Police.
Officials say a Ford F350 was traveling southbound when it struck a pole and caught fire in the town’s Bungay neighborhood around 5:22 p.m.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner identified the victim of the crash as Craig David Laliberte, a 54-year-old from Southbridge, Mass. State police say his next of kin has been notified.
