HARTFORD, Conn. — A Lotto! ticket won over $17,000 after Friday's drawing, according to CT Lottery.
The numbers to match are 4-9-21-23-39-44.
One ticket matched five of the six numbers, winning $17,167. This player was the only one who matched the five numbers, so they get to claim the entire prize. Had other players also matched five numbers, the winners would've had to share the prize pool, based on the number of expected winners for each game and a percentage of the ticket sales.
There were 412 tickets that matched four out of the six numbers, each winning $48.
There were 6,332 tickets that matched three of the numbers, each winning $2.
A total of 6,745 winning tickets were sold in this statewide lottery game.
The next drawing is on Tuesday, Oct. 22, and the jackpot will rise to $7.2 million.
