$50K Powerball ticket sold in Connecticut

HARTFORD, Conn. — A Powerball ticket sold in Connecticut for Monday's drawing won $50,000, according to CT Lottery.

The numbers to match are 15-21-25-37-45 and the Powerball 19. Power Play multiplies prizes by three.

One ticket matched four numbers and the Powerball, winning $50,000. Had the player opted for Power Play, they would have won $150,000.

Four tickets matched four numbers, winning between $100-$400.

A total of 5,360 winning Powerball tickets were sold in Connecticut for Monday's drawing.

No one in the nation won the $209 million jackpot, but someone in Pennsylvania matched all five numbers to win $1 million.

The next drawing is on Wednesday, Sept. 25, and the jackpot rises to $223 million.
