WALLINGFORD, Conn. — CT Lottery is urging residents to check their tickets, as two winners have not come forward to claim their prizes after five months.
A $100,000 Cash5 ticket and $25,000 per year Lucky For Life ticket both remain unclaimed.
According to CT Lottery, the winning Lucky For Life ticket worth $25,000 per year was purchased for the April 19 drawing at Stop & Shop #683 at 180 Danbury Road in New Milford. The ticket will expire on Wednesday, Oct. 16, unless it is claimed by that date. The ticket’s winning numbers are 05, 08, 24, 28 and 34. CT Lottery says the overall odds for the game are 1 in 7.8.
The winning $100,000 Cash5 ticket was purchased for the April 25 drawing, but no one has come forward to claim the prize. CT Lottery says the winning ticket was sold at Burnside Smoke Shop and Convenience at 487 Burnside Avenue in East Hartford.
Unless it is claimed by that date, the ticket will expire on Oct. 22. The ticket’s winning numbers are 01, 04, 14, 16 and 29. According to CT Lottery, the overall odds of winning Cash5 are 1 in 72.1, and the odds of winning Cash5 with Kicker are 1 in 12.1.
Those prizes can be claimed at any CT Lottery retailer or at CT Lottery's headquarters at 15 Sterling Drive in Wallingford.
All draw game tickets expire 180 calendar days from the draw date. More information regarding other unclaimed draw tickets can be found here.
